Both lovable and frustrating
Charming atmosphere with custom murals and a lovely courtyard fountain. The caring staff provides a safe environment.
WiFi was unreliable, and some rooms lacked outside windows, leaving them feeling a bit claustrophobic. Noise levels during the night were also disruptive.

Wonderful and clean hotel. Amazing building and rooms with private bathroom at ninos fierro. Good breakfast with homemade bread for the start of the day. Great and beautiful location, 10 minutes' walk to a minor basilica. Great restaurant not too far from the venue. Lovely zone, walking distance to a train station.

would have stayed for longer
The room was comfy with a cozy bed and a nice clean bathroom. I loved the big floral mural on the wall. The breakfast had delicious options, and I enjoyed freshly baked croissants. Walking to Plaza de Armas took only 10 minutes, and the vibe around was really local and lively. They also kept my bags safe while I hiked the Inca Trail.

Spending four nights in a comfortable room with a big floral mural was good, complemented by the cozy atmosphere and helpful staff. The handy location allowed for easy access to local attractions, and the fresh sandwiches served at breakfast were a standout. The shower water temperature varied throughout my stay, inconvenient, and the street noise made it tough to sleep at times. There was an issue with water supply during the night, which needed immediate attention.

The friendly staff provided really good service. The cozy and beautifully decorated room was a highlight, along with the good comfort food served at the restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the fresh seasonal fruits available. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, and noise from the street occasionally disrupted our rest. The hotel was slightly further from the main attractions than expected.

missingWrote a review on 01 Jullarge roomsgreat pressuretasty breakfastsstreet noise
The restaurant offers combo breakfasts that hit the spot, and you can make sandwiches for lunch with leftover bread. Large rooms allow for plenty of space to stash your gear, and the hot water in the showers has great pressure.
Street noise can be quite disruptive, especially early in the morning, so plan on earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Some of the rooms don't have outside windows, which feels a bit claustrophobic. If you value natural light, aim for those with balconies. The hot water in the shower is scalding, which can be a pain if you're not careful, and the plumbing issues-like drainage smells-could need some attention.

It was just a fine choice for a getaway in Cusco with attractive and competitive value for money. The restaurant served really tasty comfort food that hit the spot after a long day of exploring. Try to request a room with a balcony for better views.
